How do i create a Funding site for my father ?

I'm kind of like very little experienced on creating sites but my father is dying of cancer and so my mom wants to raise a funding site so he wont stress, and i was wandering how do i make one.
I don't know but i might just ask somewhere els as well. Sorry for my longish question that might be wasting your time.

Hey Dan Pdrna i hope your father will get well soon and healthy by proper medicine and treatment by doctor's😊, as you want to create an funding website you should use html, css, javascript and php for easy the job in least time you can use wordpress which has builtin templets and plugins which you can use for your website but you have to apply some security algorithms to secure your wordpress here are some link to resources which you can use
