Don’t know much about HTML but changing the name attribute of lines 24-25 to the same thing seems to be working fine for me.

For example:
<input type= "radio" name= "gender" value= "male" > Male<br>
<input type= "radio" name= "gender" value= "Female"> Female<br><br>
