Why do People Still Use Turbo C++ ?

I want to know Why do people still use this compiler when there's also alot of good IDEs and Compilers To work with .

Yeah but in India here Our teacher Only Make Us To Use Turbo C++ I asked my professor why are you not teaching us VS? He didn't answer me a thing maybe he doesnt even know how to use it

I used to program codes in turbo c++ over 15 years ago.

But I don't see any programmers use it now, the programmers around us have all been using VS to code c++ or c# programs now, Some freelances use QT5 to write C++ programs. They don't even know there is a c++ compiler called turbo c++ exists. 🤣
