Hey Zeejay Atsu ,if you are looking for easy solution it's fine to go with wordpress. Next step I suggest you to find some free templates that are already reaponsive. With smaller experience you are able to edit your templates to your needs.

After that and in my opinion the best way is to create your template from scratch with simple design written in modern flexbox or css grid. It's really powerful weapon because you are able to create designs that fits best for your project. You have free hands in creating whatever you want.
