Why html & css is liked then swift, os & android language (they are being not so good or that much preferred languages).,?

Languages preferences & on what basis, why?

To begin with, HTML and CSS are not programming languages. They are for markup and styling, respectively.
They are popular because they are the building blocks of websites. It is not because of preference or anything.

that's not the case. html css javascript these are used for web development. Html is very easy to learn and many beginners start with that and many back-end coders learn html just because. So it gets a higher popularity rating. But that cannot, in a stricter sense, really be compared with the programming languages like java(i guess what you meant by android language), c++, swift etc because they do different things and are not the same kind of languages. Java C++ Python are also very well liked but user number is less as these are a bit harder than HTML to learn and implement.

In terms on deisgn, html and css are much more easier and flexible to build. And the fact that we can use them as an app but not the opposite make them more loveable.

But still, for functionality for mobile html css js are losing.
