Which project type Visual Studio/ framework JavaScript/css do you use ?

It’s for an intern site to handle install technical project.
I thought about bootstrap and react for front end, and call rest api for getting data.
What do you think ?

I like Dreamweaver, but I think you should take the one, you like most. It's possibe to develope by using the standard editor und chrome. You don't need to compile, so just take an editor or ide with good suggestions and autocomplete...
I lke Dreamweaver, because you got a live preview of the website, changing live if you change the code...
