How do you make a folder if you are making a website on your computer using a text editor?

Hello guys, how can I make a document with multiple folders, like one for Html, one for css and one for javascript if I am am using a text editor like Word or Notepad?

So, using notepad you can not create a new folder.
It is possible in latest text editors like sublime, atom, brackets etc.

But my question to you is :
Why do you want to use text editor for creating folders?
You can create folder in you drive and then use them to save different file.

Hello Raj, in creating a folder in your drive, does it mean creating a normal folder anywhere on your computer like on the desktop?
(I was thinking about creating a folder in a text editor so you only have to switch back and forth between tabs when you need to, rather than opening up a different file when you need to see or access it or look inside of it.)
