Intall a printer with JS?

Question

I was wondering if it is possible to install a printer in windows with a JS applications? I install them using VBS but I want to create an online app to do so, I read that now is possible to use CMD from JS or to run Visual Basic from web without using asp or .Net (I hate both of these technologies), does anyone knows something about it?
