I have a problem with pycharm

Question

I been using pycharm on my laptop since im studying python, im studyin by several sources, one of them, is a youtube course, and there is a video that explains how to create distributable packages, i could create one and succesfully installed it but.... it didnt work, i restarted my pc and installed sublime.... and it works there but not on pycharm.... there is something that i dont about pycharm and distributable packages?
