Which languages should I learn to be UI/UX Designer. Both for Web and Mobile app.

I heard HTML, CSS, JavaScript are good for Web Designer. But they can be applied too for Mobile App or any other languages if I want to become UI/UX Designer. For both, Web and Mobile Apps.

for web html & java script & css
for apps, you will need the previous languges because most apps today relay on web. and u need one programming language either python or java.
java will be much easier because you have already dealt with js. but the future is for python.
and there are many types of services relying on this languages will help you during your journey.
