JS (JavaScript) is a client-side scripting language, built on ECMAScript. ES6 (ECMAScript 6, also known as ECMAScript 2015) in a version of ECMAScript. If your browser supports ES6, then you can use it in your JS. AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript And XML) is sending requests from the client to the server without having to submit a form.
