Sololearn certificate

Here are my perspectives regarding certificates, as someone who does hire developers, predominantly for fullstack C# and Javascript:
In the case that I'm hiring for a junior role, the SoloLearn certificates would carry no weight, whatsoever, for hiring someone.
If the certificate was the strongest indication of their knowledge, the resume would not be enough to be considered for a phone screen interview.
However, if the resume demonstrates one's potential knowledge well beyond certificates, then the certs could potentially make for an interesting conversation piece, nothing more.

The SL course completion certificate has no industrial value. Only personal value.

So we can't get job with it

No, if anything, you'll probably get denied a job if you put it there.

The certificate that you obtain from sololearn is based off of you completing introductory courses. What you see in these courses is a brief overview of the whole topic.

TheCoder I know if I were a recruitment manager and an applicant were to apply with a 'certificate' for completing a brief tutorial on a language, it'd deter me, rather than a professional certification.
It displays a sort of desperation in a way, to me at least.
