Symmetric and Asymmetic Encyrption

Does anyone know how to produce a step-by-step presentation on how to perform symmetric encryption and asymmetric encryption through an email, from the email’s sender to the receiver??

Hello, I dunno very well about encryption, but I am studying RSA currently.
RSA is an asymmetric encryption and is larger used in messages transport.
I have made two codes step-by-step, but didn't put the whole explanation yet (am waiting a good weekend by it, cos it will a few hard).
