and dive to kotlin

I think that you should learn Kotlin of Java for building android apps. But for IOS apps you should learn Swift.HTML,CSS and Jquery helps you only to build websites.So you should learn above mentioned programing laguage to bulid such mobile apps..

For developing web app that are usable both in mobile and PC, you can learn "javaScript"( and "PHP" is optional) after your current lesson. Then you need to learn any framework and this way you can develop your own web app. Best wishes for you.

If you want an app that comunicate with a data base I advise you to use AngularJS and Heroku for deploying (node.js)
So, you will use Javascript with angular for client-side, CSS for design and javascript with node.js for server-side
Angular is not easy to learn but you have a lot of information about it
