How to make a simple app

I just want to know the codes for making a simple app. I’m trying to make a business meme app for research purposes only. My plan is to select pictures that has no copyright and when the users click those pics, it will lead them to step by step process of making an effective advertisement. I just wanna learn this thing. It’s not for financial gain but on academics. You’re response guys will be the greatest help💕😿😿

First of all you need to clarify that which platform app you want to create.
Like Android app, iOS app, Web Applications etc.

In this case you did not clarify it I consider all.

To make Android apps we have ever green language Java.
You can use Android studio IDE to create Android apps using Java, and then you can implement any functionalities you want.

For iOS apps you can use objective C or swift

And for Web Application you can use html, CSS, JavaScript, and something related to server side like php
