The start point..

As an absolute beginner , should I start the course of the programming language directly ? Or Is there anything I've to learn first ? For example , Algorithms & Conditionals...When should I learn them ?

Every language tutorial treats the basics like variables, types, loops, conditions, functions, classes. So you can just hop into one and get going!

I already searched for it but I couldn't find anything related ! I am NOT asking about which language to start with. I just wonder if there are some preparations before starting learning the language. Sorry for repeating the thread , I did not notice that. Danijel Ivanović

Hagar Samy, please don't be worried, just pick a language, enter the tutorial and go. If you really should miss any detail knowledge here or there, you can always close that gap later. There is no carved-in-stone way to do this - just start and let it happen!
