Motivation to learn code

I think I lost before on this topic a couple mo the ago but I just can’t seem to find motivation to code. I always wanted to do it and I have books I. Python I bought but never opened. At the end of each day I get a little upset that I am not learning. I can’t go to school for it because I have to constantly work, and days I’m not working I’m too tired and resting. Is their some ways to motivate myself? I wish to make a career out of this but also enjoy it at the same time. I just don’t know what to do and I’ve been delaying it for years. Sick of it

i would suggest thinking of something you would like to be able to do for yourself, some idea you wish you could do, but don’t know how to yet. The first step would be to break your project down into smaller parts, then study and learn how to do the individual parts. It’s always easier to find time to do something if it’s something you want to do and if it’s small enough to have time to do.
