Instagram Comment Bot

Question

Does anyone know how to make a bot that would comment on a given hashtag? I seen it on youtube using python but i can't get it to work. I'm using mac, thank you!

to install using python 3 pip, run:
python3 -m pip install `your desired module`

And Im not sure how to make my default python 3.5 instead of 2.7 i already downloaded and installed it but whenever i run it in terminal is always says 2.7 until i type python 3.5
