Under section "Special Note on Treatment of Minors’ Information",

In my opinion, as long as the account in question is handled by their supervisor/teacher instead of the kids themselves, there shouldn't be an issue. I think it would be wise to consult the administrators, as they would provide you with clear, unambiguous instructions as to how the app can be used to teach kids (without violating any of their own policies).
