React CSS not working

Question

My CSS isn't loading here. Any reason why?
Sorry for my load of questions. My failure to understand this is bothering me to no end.
That being said, anyone know any good react tutorials that aren't the ones on the react website? The react website tutorial is horrid at explaining this.

on code playground make sure you select the right tab to code on.
