Can I create a app?

I already knew c++ and I am going to learn java and python.Can I create a good app in future by using this languages?can I make that app available in play store?

After learning Java, you can learn Android for building apps for Android. After learning basics of Python, you can learn it's framework called Kivy using which it's possible to create apps for Android and other platforms as well.

Java or kotlin is preferred over C++ or python.but you can build apps with all C,C++ using Android NDK support.
