Comparing excel files

Question

Could a program be written to compare excel files to identify like items.. I spend a lot of time comparing spreadsheets and would like to make this easier.

hi Dave, I have not practiced with python and Excel files so far, but there seems to be modules one can use. Just use Google and ask for: ‘python excel modul’. You can find several sources to give you more information.
