Should level matching feature be introduced ?

Sometimes you get challenged by someone 10 levels more than you and then the questions do not match. The lower level one is penalised.

Should matching be more strict ?

Methinks lower levels always have the option to decline. If level matching feature is introduced, there would be so many draws on high levels lol.
