Can I create PHP application having a database using solo learn?

How I can access phpmyadmin to create database and table?

I think you can't with Solo Learn. PHPMyAdmin is a software which usually manage mysql databases so you must to have installed it in the server in which you want to work but anyway you could work with PHP commands or if you have root access to the server, you can invoke mysql console and work with mysql commands.

Now I think maybe you can do it with html but for points to the user you need js or php, both with database for example

One additional comment is that SoloLearn terminates your remote applications after something like 10 seconds.
