The only effective way to learn coding, I'd say, is to write actual codes by yourself. Just implement whatever you're learning.
There are enormous resources available everywhere on the web.. Just select what interests you, start reading and more importantly, coding as you're learning, parallelly. And after completion of a topic or may be few topics, try implementing them. Getting your hands dirty with actual coding is the only effective way.

1.) The essence is writing code with your own hands as much as possible, while
2.) constantly increasing the number of tools you use by learning new 'vocabulary' from whichever source works for you;
3.) make sure, though, you don't forget, what you learned: repeat the material (preferably again by application).

Hello,
The programming language is easy .you do not byheart code you can understand the concept of coding. Programming language is conceptual if you have clear the basic concept for function then you can easily understand any video, ppt, or can understand any tutorial site.
According to me, firstly you can join any programming course like java, python, c, c++, and R-Programming etc because when you study under the trainer guidance, you can easily understand the basic concept or trainer tell some trick to write a programme in an easy way and they give assignment time to time if you have any doubt they help you to solve.
