New Program Ideas

Just wanted to ask everyone's suggestions on some fun projects to try, Having been in the same position as most, it seems there comes a time where you get stuck for ideas and all you want to do is write some code. Hopefully people will be able to refer to this post and get a couple good ideas out of it.
I'm going to get the ball rolling and suggest making :

A Personal Media Player.
An encrypted login service to login various websites.
