Do questions for the challenge go through quality control?

Too many of the c++ questions have wrong "right" answers. Most come from the difference between x++ and ++x. The reason I'm writing this is a question that was a standard with 1 true, 3 false answers, BUT two of them were the exact same - the inverse of the right answer, thus it had a typo which gives a 50% chance for people to be right...(because the right answer wasn't even given)

After the challenge, you should be able to press ‘View Correct Answers’, then scroll to the misleading question, and press the report button in the top-right corner.

Yes, you can upvote, downvote a question in the quiz factory.
That's how they get monitored suggest your own question and watch how the community goes through it.
