What's the minimum time needed to be a professional web designer qualified to get a job ?

I'm a medical student and have to pay for my learning and life .. I'm afraid that I have to get a job in very little time cause I will have to afford my life and learning .. I have to study for medicine 3:6 hours a day so how much time? and how much time if I spend all my day learning web designing ?

web designing is pretty easy to learn. the thing that matters the most is your sense of design.
for example, I know designing, however my sense of design sucks, so I focus mainly on development.

there are plenty of courses online. i recommend the YouTube channel "thenewboston".
