Learning the Development Essentials are more useful before i start leaning any programming launge?

I feel that understanding the structures might help a lot, but I already finished the HTML/CSS curses and I'm currently into JS? I'm late or it's more useful at non-web programming launges?

You can learn development essentials at the same time as learning to program in a programming language. In fact it's probably better that way as you get a hands on practical exposure to the theory.

HTML and CSS are not programming languages, they are scripting languages. For JS, it is more used in web than as a general-purpose. Some languages such as python don't require you to have an advanced understanding in computers. Others like C, it's better to study data structures first.
