Learn as many as programming languages first because the hacker is not going to ask you 'hey, do you know python??, you said, "yes!!!! ", he said:" Ah, ok i will not attack via it"
"Hey!!! Do you know how to code in JavaScript, your answer:no!!!!! ", he said:" Ah, this is gonna be my weapon!!!! Ready for the attack!!!!!!!! Developers!!!! "

Sorry, for the disgusting chats!!! But trust me learning as many as languages will make you eveready for the attack. I don't say that you should master each and every one, but you should have a rough understanding of all the languages that are currently used in web development.

After that, learn about Kali Linux opearting system. It is one of the foundation technology that you must learn to think and use computers as hackers.

To be honest, hacking hasn't have any full syllabus as you need to learn many technologies throughout your hacking career.
As they come, you need to learn them.

A good computer knowledge and passion for it. Learn some basic networking concepts, programming languages and linux os and you are good to go.

Prerequisites :-

1) Know whats ethical not literally but technically means, that is what you as a EH or Peneteration Tester can do in a given authorized, sometimes restricted area.

2) Know basics of Hacking ,as many people above said , you need to know Programming atleast C,C++, Python3 ,HTML, JavaScript.
Better if you also learn HDL like system C , Verilog etc
OS knowledge , Databases, Networking is good to start with .

3) If using Kali I would suggest go with VM first and then use it directly on the system .
Further you can learn others like parrot , open BSD , other Linux kernels.

4) Use some plateform or forums like wikileaks , Shodan or others. You dont know everything in hacking world you need to keep yourself ever updated else .you will end up having creepy data loses as adobe faced few years back( who keeps passwords like that ... Horrible.).

4) Curiousity, a must need and must active quality,that you have to develop.

5)Basics of Hardware,memories ,Caches, Scheduling and other stuff.
