Is arduino uno is suitable for making automatic paper vending machine???

Depends on the complexity of the machine as it only has 13 digital input/output pins and 5 analog input pins but I cant see why not!

from the sounds of it it may be too much for a uno but a Arduino Mega should be fine.

am going to design the paper vending machine using arduino with lcd,keypad,stepper motor,coin hopper...so I use arduino uno board...is that board is better or I have to use other arduino boards??

use i2c lcd and put a resistor network on the keypad in order to use one analog pin for the keypad a and 2 outputs for the lcd leaving you 15 inputs/outputs
