Error using numpy scipy

Question

While working on pycharm I'm not able to access numpy and scipy. It shows DLL error or module not found even though I've installed them. Why is this happening and what can I do

Hey!! I just changed the interpreter to conda in settings and installed the packages again. Worked for me. Give it a try.
