How to make plots with real-time data visualization?

Question

I am working on smart textile project. The cloth is equipped by temperature and relative humidity sensors connected to arduino microcontroller. The data is transferred through radio channel to PC. I want to visualize it in real-time, write it to csv file and cloud database.

Which python library is best for it?
Is there a templates for it?
