Which language to code a playing schedule?

I want to make a playing schedule for our sport club. There are n teams, and everybody should play against everybody (round robin system).
So which programming language is the best to code a playing schedule with the mentioned conditions?

It's very basic, so if you have no special requirements you can do it with any language.

Personally I'd keep it simple using Python.
