It is advisable to learn first the HTML language or is preferable learning starting language c?

The answer depends on yet another question....do to want to be a web developer and provide appealing and dynamic content for customers? HTMl, CSS, then JS. Or do you want to solve business problems by writing software programs for windows and others, C++ it is. I would personally recommend learning foundations first, pseudo code, and flow charts. Focus on structure and flow of logic, then apply that to any language, scripting, markup, or Programming.
