Depends upon the definition of job. You can not do a data scientists job by just learning HTML however if your job is to make little static HTML documents on a page then you surely can grasp that job. But remember the skill level is also related to the pay.

Getting a job with the knowledge of HTML only is not that much of a challenge when you are not considering a job related to programming. Jobs that use html the most: Java Developer. Senior Java Developer. Senior Software Engineer. Software Engineer.etc

Getting a job is not only about coding skills. Getting the right contacts is very important. But I'm sure there are people making money only with html. But this specialized stuff like aria or micro data which is not part of sololearn courses

I think it will be pretty hard to you if you know only HTML. You have to know css3 at least not mention JavaScript)))

The best way to get a job with HTML is learning CSS, and you can try PHP to get a better job in web development.

No, you can't, at least not a good one. You should learn HTML, CSS and Javascript (it would help/be better if you also knew some Javascript frameworks, e.g. vue, angular, etc), and then you could get a job as a frontend developer.

Competition is tough these days so you should learn languages rather than relying on just HTML for getting a good job.

No, now-a-days mastering only in HTML,CSS and JS would not get a job as a frontend developer. One should learn JS frameworks like React, Angular ,Vue etc to become web developer.
