Why most of the people I have seen are best in HTML ?

Most of the people I have seen are best in HTML .Is HTML easy to learn or the questions given in the quizzes are easy ? I am not telling anyone that they should learn or master this language or that , I'm just asking. Why do most of the people like HTML ? Why don't they like to master any other language ? Why only HTML ?Keep this in mind that I'm not judging anyone.

most users are web devs, so what do you expect of a web dev?? and along side the have other knowledges too

to me html is the beginning...so it’s best to understand the basic before moving on to a specific language.
