Reading and Counting number of upper case and lower case alphabets from a exsisting text file and printing it .

c++ programme to read from an exsisting text file newfile.txt and count and print the number of 1. upper case alphabets 2. lower Case alphabets.

preferably using isupper and islower .

please im a noob nd i have to submit the file.
can anyone help me with the whole code .
