Hey Ali, actually you don't need a playground for web dev, basically all you need is a text editor and a web browser :)
Just type your HTML and save it as "index.html", then type your CSS and save it as "style.css" (for example *), implement the latter into the former using the method described in the tutorial that you've read, and finally just double-click your "index.html" file to open it and display the page in your web browser.
When you're satisfied with the page you've created, you'll want to get a domain name and a hosting service. The domain name is the address/URL of your future website. The hosting service is a room to settle it. When you get one, the host will give you the key to that room = an identifier.
The final step consists in using a FTP client such as FileZilla to setup a connection using this identifier. When it's done, just drag and drop your local files (on the left) into your website (on the right), then upload and that's it ! Your content/s should now be available online.

Hey again Ali, and NP, I'm glad if it helps. Playground is a great tool but yeah maybe they should add some more information in the SL tutorials, about how to finish the job and setup a "concrete" website. Otherwise it's like practicing a sport without playing a match :)
Having your page online is a great reward already. Then again, like Alabo said, you can always improve it over time and add new stuff, learn a server-side language and explore new possibilities..., focus on the process more than on the result ^^
Don't forget practice makes perfect, and most importantly *** have fun *** !

I think you should just try to get better at programming and then apply for a job in a tech firm
