I am not able to build logic.

Question

What i should do for logic building. and understanding of c,c++

i have basic knowledge of c,c++,html,css,java script.

so please suggest me.
how to build a logical thinking for problem solving.
and also refer some good books name.
for c and.for it's question based on logic problem.

I would like that :
1 - take a shit of paper and define as clearly as possible your problem to identify what you have to do (not necessarily accurately)
2 - subdivide what you have to do in reasonably smaller problems that you are able to simply solve
3 - now take your computer and try to implement all those solution and try to make them work together
