Once you learn one of the main programming languages, learning the others is significantly easier, as Alessio suggested to you. C++ is typically more difficult for people than the others, so if you already know C++, it should be easy for you to learn Kotlin.
As for how much time it takes, that's solely up to how one learns and the amount of time/effort is put into it, which differs between people. For example, you're here asking us how much time it'll take instead of using this time to learn it instead. :) For each moment that you're not working on it, it's taking that much longer to learn and master. So I'd just focus on what you're wanting to learn without distracting yourself and you'll know it before you realize it.
Here is the method I use to learn quickly: Read through the language even if it doesn't make sense at first. Practice what I can remember from it. Read through it again, but this time I take notes of any concept I still don't understand. Afterward, I extensively research the concepts in my notes and then practice them. I repeat this process over and over until I no longer have to write anything down on my notes.
If you follow that method it'll help you effectively learn anything that you're trying to learn, it isn't just limited to learning this.

If you have programmed before, you'll likely be able to learn Kotlin fairly quickly. If you know how to program in Java, you will find learning Kotlin relatively easy and should be able to get your head around the basics in a few days to a few weeks.
