Which language(s) is better and why?

Hi guys! I want to create app (online app would be better). The app should to draw and calculate. E.g. we have a room 80m x 100m. I need to fill the room by some objects. The objects is simple rectangular figure. Filling process goes by algorithm consider windows, doors and so on. After filling, the app calculates the objects. Also the app should print the drowning in A1 format and should have opportunity to contact with another app.
