getting past the question

I am stuck on a question in python module and it won't let me use hint or answer the question. Has anyone else have this problem in any of their courses? It won't tell me the answer either.

Does it say the module is locked and you need to complete previous module?

* Check if you missed any chapter, this may prevent complete status of a module.

* If "stuck" here means you don't know the answer - review the last subject or consult lesson comments.

Are you using SoloLearn app or through web browser?

* Restart app/web browser.

* Clear app cache/browser cache.

* Clear app data, or reinstall app/browser.

* Restart your device.
