Can a biology group student learn python without knowing about the basics at first?

I am a student to aspires to be an AI Researcher and Developer, but the only drawback for me is that I chose biology over computer science in my class 11 and 12 which deprived me from knowing the basics of C and C++. So is there a possibility that I can learn python with some effort as python is needed for AI

Python is designed for easy to learn. This is one of the main reasons why python language is so popular for data scientist and analyst to write codes, where they do not have strong programming background.

However you still need to learn python start from basic language to advance.
