What programming language to use

What program language would be best to make a app the finds text on the screen and translate it automatically to the screen. For games like roblox where you get people saying your name I a diff language and you can’t see what they are saying about you.

In python you can get a screenshot(1 every second, 30 every second, or whatever you want) and make a program to read the text in the screenshot.
