I'll second VS Code. It can be as much or as little as you need it to be so if you plan on sticking with coding it will grow with you. Extensible and modable, it gets updates multiple times a month and runs on win, mac, and Linux.

If you are looking to create multiple page Website, rep.it (search it on google) is good.
I've used it before.
It's not so good for iphone users, but doe desktop, perfect✔️
