How to get back money for mistake in subscription?

I tried to pay for 1 month subscription, but the application charged me a year's payment. How can I get my money back?

According to my status of claim on reportaproblem.com, my sololearn subscription has been refunded but I’m yet to receive the money on my account till now

Google can't help me, I dont know why, I thought that tech support of application can do this.

Improper payment I canceled my subscription on time because I don't agree with the price and services. In spite of that, I was cobarked €70.64. Therefore, I demand that the money be returned to me.
