I want to become a web developer but I don't know if I should go front end or back end.

I want to become a back end developer but I don't know if I should learn both front and back and if so, does web development gives you a lot of cash and is it worth to learn either front or back or both. I don't have an artistic mindset and others said that its easier to do front end if you are creative, while in the back end I really like fixing or creating complicated stuffs. And Is it really worth it to finish studying web development by the year 2024(year when I graduate) or is it better to find other jobs that are related to programming that involves languages like php, python, c#, c++, etc.
