What do you do when you're coding for over 5 hours and your eyes start aching? Is there a way to avoid this from happening?

You could do meditation for a little while closing your eyes... It'll revive the hardwares (both yours and computer's)😂for a fresh start... It's better than medication anyway...

These are some tips that might help you: 1. Use dark mode in IDE/Editor. 2. Wear eyeglasses with blue light filter( if you don't like wearing glasses then install any blue light filter software on you PC/laptop). 3. Don't code for a long time in a completely dark room, turn on the lights or open the windows. 4. Take breaks (it also helps a lot when you're stuck in a coding problem). 5. Drink coffee or eat some snacks during your breaks. Happy coding 😊😊😊

Do you code with a bright background? Switch to a darker IDE Take a break at least once every 30 minutes Have a couple windows open Space your screen about a foot and a half away (depending on your eyes) These are all things I do

Most laptops and monitors these days have the ability to reduce bluelight which lets your eyes work a bit easier
