What should I do next?

I currently know python without object oriented programming.
What of the following would you sugesst?

1. Talking a Python course that covers basics and OOP plus some extra things.

2. Learning Java because I heard you can do more stuff with it.

3. Takinng a Web development course

4. Taking a Android development course

I am interseted in every of the 4 options but I don't know with which to start plus can you reccomend some good Udemy courses or any other ways of learning.

Finish what you have started. You already know Python basics, and Java extensively uses OOP.
So instead of wasting time learning the same concepts over again with Java, learn OOP on Python where you can focus on the concept.

Then, maybe you can give Java a try. And you'll have the knowledge from Python to learn it faster.
